Baha brings a unique blend of deep expertise in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), usability, and service design combined with a hands-on, collaborative approach to solving real-world problems. His work is grounded in evidence-based methods like user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and building design systems, all aimed at creating intuitive, effective experiences.

Baha holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Queen’s University, with a focus on Software Engineering and HCI, where I published research in leading HCI journals. He also holds an M.A. in International Economics and Finance from Toronto Metropolitan University.
